On July 20, 2017, the Liaoning Aviation Industry Alliance held the second collaborative development seminar and experience exchange conference. The conference invited the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Development and Reform Commission, the Department of Science and Technology, and the Fund Management Center to interpret various policies in the aviation industry. In addition, after deliberation by the Alliance Secretariat, this meeting identified five preaching units to promote products and services during the meeting.
